Kimchi on Koreas nii p\u00f5hitoit ja seda s\u00fc\u00fcakse peaaegu igal s\u00f6\u00f6gikorral k\u00f5rvalroana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4rskelt avaldatud katsetulemused<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selles randomiseeritud topeltpimedas platseebokontrollitud uuringus osales 90 osalejat (KMI 23\u201330 kg\/m2), et uurida kimchi rasvumisvastast toimet. Nad said 12 n\u00e4dala jooksul iga p\u00e4ev 3000 mg erinevalt t\u00f6\u00f6deldud kimchi pulbrit koos bakteritega <em>Leuconostoc mesenteroides<\/em> KCKM0828, platseebor\u00fchm sai aga ainult laktoosi. Nende KMI oli vahemikus 23\u201330 kg\/m\u00b2. Osalejad tarbisid 3 kimchi kapslit toidukorra kohta (60 g kimchit p\u00e4evas) 3 kuu jooksul.
