Need on G\u00f6teborgi \u00fclikoolis l\u00e4biviidud uuringu tulemused. Toitumise kohandamine v\u00e4hendab haigusn\u00e4hte seitsmel patsiendil k\u00fcmnest.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4rritatud soole s\u00fcndroom (IBS) on levinud haigus, mis p\u00f5hjustab erineva raskusastmega k\u00f5huvalu, gaaside teket, k\u00f5hupuhitus, k\u00f5hulahtisust ja k\u00f5hukinnisust. Need n\u00e4hud v\u00f5ivad olla erineva raskusega ja esineda v\u00e4ga erinevates kombinatsioonides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raviks soovitatakse s\u00fc\u00fca sageli ja v\u00e4he korraga; v\u00e4ltida kohvi, alkoholi ja gaseeritud jooke. M\u00f5nikord kasutatakse ka antidepressante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajakirjas The Lancet Gastroenterology &amp; Hepatology avaldatud uuringus v\u00f5rreldi kolme raviviisi: kahte dieeti ja \u00fchte, kus kasutatakse ravimeid.
