Aias t\u00f6\u00f6tamine h\u00f5lmab erinevaid tegevusi nagu kaevamine, rohimine, istutamine ja kastmine, mis k\u00f5ik aitavad tugevdada lihaseid, parandada painduvust ja suurendada vastupidavust.
