Esimene oli aeg, mida teismelised t\u00fcdrukud nutitelefonis ja eriti sotsiaalmeedias veedavad. Teiseks m\u00f5\u00f5deti v\u00f5imalikku sotsiaalmeedia s\u00f5ltuvust vastava skaalaga. Keskmine sotsiaalmeedias veedetud aeg oli 231 minutit ehk 3,9 tundi. Teismeliste hinnangul veetsid nad nutitelefonis 5,2 tundi p\u00e4evas. Olulist erinevust t\u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4evade ja n\u00e4dalavahetuste vahel ei leitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pikad tunnid sotsiaalmeedias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcksikasjalikud andmed k\u00f5ige sagedamini kasutatavate rakenduste kohta olid saadaval 564 teismelise kohta. Kokku veetis 205 t\u00fcdrukut sotsiaalmeedias alla 3 tunni p\u00e4evas, samas kui 77 t\u00fcdrukut kulutas sellele 6 v\u00f5i rohkem tundi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andmed nutitelefonide k\u00e4ttev\u00f5tmise sageduse kohta olid k\u00e4ttesaadavad vaid 74 osaleja kohta. Ja \u00fcle kolmandiku t\u00fcdrukutest (371 ehk 37%) \u201csaavutas\u201d potentsiaalse \u00e4revush\u00e4ire piiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mida pikem on igap\u00e4evaselt sotsiaalmeedias veedetud aeg, seda k\u00f5rgem sotsiaalmeedia s\u00f5ltuvuse risk, k\u00f5rgem \u00e4revuse tase ja kehvem kehapilt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mida k\u00f5rgem sotsiaalmeedia s\u00f5ltuvuse skoor, seda k\u00f5rgem \u00e4revuse tase, kehvem kehapilt, kehvem tervis, madalam meeleolu, suurem v\u00e4simuse ja \u00fcksindustunne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tegelege algp\u00f5hjusega!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>See on vaatlusuuring ja seet\u00f5ttu ei saa p\u00f5hjuslike tegurite kohta kindlaid j\u00e4reldusi teha. Sellegipoolest &#8211; nutitelefoni peaaegu 6-tunnise igap\u00e4evase kasutamise tagaj\u00e4rjed ja selle seosed noorukite heaoluga on t\u00f5sised.
